1990 crx boggs down threw low rpms. can anyone help me

motor stumbles untill around 3,000 rpms help please

bet its tps. could be 10000000000000 other things tho. check your tps, my dumbass forgot to hook it up and it just bogged like crazy until about 3300 and then it just soared into vtec. check tps, timing, etc...
