wat ever happened to the VEMON team?
they went belly up and sold their cars. I think they went too big to fast. I heard that they are building or might be building two new Pro FWD and Pro RWD cars. I heard that the truck was bought and is being campigned in mexico or something.
The truck is being driven around the streets( yes the streets) of Mexico somewhere, The all motor hatch belongs to Jen lee, and the Hot Rod Coupe belongs to Stephanie Eggum, and is being campained this year with a new paint scheme
lol , did the 100 man team make them go broke ? i swear whenever one of thier cars were at the line i would see like 20 people in venoms shirts there with it .
which car is painted black ? the coupe ? any pics ?

They are focusing on the python and venom line of parts.
They sold most of there cars so they could build new ones.
The only car they did not sell is Jimmys supra.
They will be back next year with new cars.
And for the truck driving on the streets in mexico. That is true from what I know.

So that means that the venom team will continue to be 100 men strong and continue to fly first class?

I guess I'm one of the only few that liked the Venom team.
I remember a couple of years ago when the coupe was running consistently in the 8's(at Joliet) and everyone else was running tens or barely breaking into the nines(except for Lisa K.). I actually liked them and I hope they come back strong. They were one of the few teams that made it down to Chi-town so I think that why I like them too.

Venom has always been like family to us and they are a top notch team with alot of great people behind it. terry heather jimmy harv bruce grant scott james and everyone else you see in those shirts, so the first class crap is probably yes because they all worked there *** off before, after, and as soon as they got home!
we always stay at the track at all of the events and they were the only other people still there so i guess u could say there racers! And one of our best sponsers who never hesitates to help us!!! For that we cant ever thank them enough!By the way they have a corporation to run and racing and buisness this year did'nt mix, thats all!!!!!!!

venom deserves major props for putting on such a serious racing effort for as long as they did... they went to races that a lot of other teams didn't support; for instance, that mobil one race in texas a couple of years ago.
i think that their sudden departure from the scene might have left a couple of people hanging, but they get my
big time.
those of you that want to see gm take a beating should consider that venom was/is/might/will be one of the few crews who have the financial backing to pull it off.

I used to hang out with a few of the guys on the team. I got to know all of them after hangin out at the track with them. Everyone on the Venom racing team has earned my respect. They are a bunch of great guys (and gals) that even helped me with my car when i had a problem at the track.
As for the rumors that they went "belly up", i seriously doubt that.. they always worked their asses off to be top compeditors, i dont think they are going to give up that easy.
Mike..
