I have an engine and tranny from a european del-sol vti from 92 that come stock with b16a2 and a y21 tranny with a hydralic clutch.. Does the y21 tranny exist on the USDM? Or is there any simular ones?

Idonīt remember for sure but when I met Ron Burgenholtz at Golden Eagel i think he said that I should order a LS 5th from 94 and up. Can anyone confirme so I donīt order the wrong one.

I also need to order a Quife LSD.. That should be the same as for the usdm b16 tranny as far as I know.. But need to know for sure.. Anyone?

I think the b16 del-sol in US has a b16a3.. I thought that it was an y21 tranny in that one..

I kneed to get some info so I can order some Gator stage 3 axles...

I'm from the Netherlands and I have the same tranny/engine combination. As far as I know, the USDM Y21 exists, but has a 4.4 final drive ratio instead of the EDM 4.266.

About the 5th gear: I've read the same- LS 5th gear supposedly fits. I haven't tried it myself though.

About the Quaife: I got mine from Endyn http://www.theoldone.com. Its the same one they use for USDM Y21 trannies (QDF1U1). It still amazes me, btw... very cool mod!
