I'm going to do the JDM 16's next (CW set and paint them probably) but my main question is this:

I have a JDM 4.7 final drive & ACT prolite Fly going in soon as well,..now,if I put the 16's on will that Diameter bring me pretty much back up to a normal 4.4 final Drive "Feel"(Bigger wheel) or will there be a Noticable Acceleration diffrence?
I will probably steer clear of Azenis being the JDM 16's and Azenis would make a Heavy combo but this is for Daily driving.

ie.*In the TYpe-R legend video...the 98spec has 4.7 and 96spec has 4.4 and they run the same time, manily becasue of the wheel diffrence but there again the 96 had a diffrent 4th gear??

I wanna know will it be worth putting the Final Drive in w/ a 16 wheel combo & will I feel a diffrence @ all?(as opposed to stock 15's)

Is the JDM wheel combo(215/45 16) the same rolling diameter as US 15" wheel combo?(195/50)?I understand the weight diffrence.


Paint code for Stock US/JDM Gun metal wheels: is it "Solaris silver" or "Kyhser Silver"?

Thanx guys,..I did search and came up w/ most of the info(paint colors and tire sizes)but no Real 16 wheel owners expressions of Final drive w/ 16's?

 

The overall diameter of both setups is very close (the USDM combo is slightly less that 0.2" shorter than the JDM). As for the paint code, while I'm not certain whether or not the JDM wheels are the same, the USDM ones are Kaiser Silver Metallic (NH-546M).
