Like i told u 50 thousand times before, UPS says for ME to get the claim, the SHIPPER needs to fill out some forms. They told me they sent them to you, twice.
You told me you never got them, then you told me like 3 weeks ago that you finally got the forms yadda yadda and everything should be all set to go the following week. Now, 3-4 weeks later im still w/o a mount.
Answer me this: Have you submitted the claim paper work to UPS? yes or no?
Like i said, i know u've been cool about this, but a) you insured the whole thing for only 100 dollars, so im paying another 40 bucks out of pocket for a mount.... ontop of that u bit my head off when i asked u to cover that because it was your fault for only insuring a ******* rear disc setup and hasport mounts for 100 dollars

From a contractual standpoint, if he hasn't received something that he paid for, you can not point the finger at the shipper and just leave it at that. The shipper does have to fill out UPS's forms, and no one else.
What mount do you need? I may be able to help out.

the lady told me they're not allowed to divulge the shipper's info
she told me that they have NOT recieved any paper work from Mr. Mack.
apparently he shipped it from a place called "Fax and Mail" so maybe that's why u haven't gotten the paperwork to your HOME address, so if u can, please go to this fax and mail place and see if they are getting the claim forms.
SHe also told me that YOU gordon are going to get the payment for the mount, not me. You are always prompt with your shipment, so I trust that won't take as long as this UPS bs, but i can't do jack **** about this situation, and its just really aggravating.

Its real frustrating. My car has been sitting for almost two months because of a missing mount. The **** was delivered. The box was ripped. Not only was the mount missing, but so was the pin for the rear mount. W/o that pin, I can't claim warranty on that busted rear mount.
On top of that, the other mount is missing.
I've told you repeatedly my car is sitting, and that im using my friend's borrowed car. Apparently that doesn't mean anything to you, but I don't feel like leeching of my friend while im waiting for you to get off your *** and make a simple phone call to UPS for them to send you some goddamn forms for you to ******* fill out. Its not that ******* hard. Now you're sitting there calling me a bitch for wanting parts that I NEVER FUCING GOT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
