First I'll apologize because I know there are so many b16 questions in here but I searched H-T and the internet and just haven't found difinitive answers to my Q's.
The car is an 88 crx Si, the motor is a jdm b16a1 out of an integra xsi. My crx has AC which is still hooked up as far as plumbing is concerned, and I have the original bracket, I also have the AC compressor and bracket that came w/ my b16, ideally I'd like to keep the AC from my car connected but I've heard you need the Del Sol vtec bracket, is there any combination of what I have already that will work so that I don't have to discharge my system and buy a Del Sol bracket?
As I understand it, you need to run 99/00 Si coolant hoses from the block to the radiator, is that absolutly necessary?
Lastly, just out of curiocity I bought the hasport wiring subharness and it said one of the wires was for the secondary 02 sensor, so I was wondering if this was necessary for my set up because isn't my motor obd 0 and only has one 02, the only other thing I could think it would be for is because some 02 sensors have 2 wires, like the 5th gen Si and some only have 1, like the 5th gen Cx
edit - for the coolant hoses thing I meant running the 99/00's as opposed to my stock hoses, just incase that wasn't clear

Not sure about the ac, i dropped the weight.
2nd O2=obd0, OBDI and up Honda went to single O2. Typically aftermarket headers have 1 O2 bung and a popular option is to hook up a heated 4 wire O2 sensor...mine hasnt thrown a code yet. Hondata says you'll run rich(cant find the link) and yes, I am running rich but I also have a couple ecu codes. If you run the stock header or run Hasports new header...keep both O2's running. Best advice for the O2..search search search and then make the decision.

Your going to need that harness. Since you have 2 o2's on a 1st gen b16. An your motor is OBD0. I would just run wires instead of spending 75 bucks or whatever on that harness, that was my mistake to lol. But since you have it use it. Later on though I would suggest upgrading to obd1. As for you ac i don't know, i don't have one no point, got windows for air
I used radiatir hoses off of a 92-93 GSR, and they fit perfect. I only ran 1 02 sensor when my car was OBD0 and it ran perfectly with no CELs at all with a PW0 ecu. No fuel smoke nothing. The A/C im not sure about, the condensor and all the A/C lines were the first thing to come out before the swap. Good luck

thanks for the help on the o2's, I made a mistake on the rad hoses, it is supposed to be the 92/93 teg, but does anyone have the info on the ac, the del sol bracket is a special order from honda and i dont want to order it till i know for sure
I believe , but check first to make sure, you only use the del-sol bracket if you.are putting a B engine into an EG. It won't work on a CRX (EF).
You can use your stock CRX a/c bracket but only 2 of the 4 holes line up. OR
The only other brackets that'll work are the Hasport or Place Racing.
And you WON'T have discharge the system if you're only replacing the comp. bracket.

I heard it was for a 4g that this worked.

Here is the Hasport bracket I did on a swap a few weeks ago. it was the first one I had done that kept the AC, although everything is real tight, the bracket was perfect and still fit a DC header. The best part of the bracket is that it is set up for the 2 different ED AC compressor designs.
to hasport once again.

Do you mean the hasport? Or del sol P54 bracket?
P54 is for B engines in an EG.
Search arcihived "P54" or "del sol bracket"
