well this is pretty much an update on my civic, so if you don't likey don't clicky.
well after a trip to sacramento(actually further than that) and back in my ol' oil burner civic. I have a few pics to share. lets just say the car was alot dirtier than when I left.(freshly washed)
and I'm down $75, that's not including gas or food.
this is tar, on a 1 month old paintjob!

rear bumper.. I did mention I burned a little oil right?

the spare tire well of the car.. look a little oily? wonder why....

maybe this is why?

yea, that's right I got a new motor... at a very unexpected time. but maybe that has something to do with this:

I'm so happy it's not even funny. of course you may think this deal is too good to be true. well, it is. the motor has no compression at all. either the rings or valves are gone. after I get it apart I'm going to attempt to rebuild it myself. my friend is taking the head for now, because his head is uhh.. 'injured'
Carlos aka cnote gets a big

haha.. plans for now.. rebuild the bottom end then find a friggin tranny. if my friends turbo LS project goes good enough, I may boost it.. if not it'll stay 'stock' and I'll just get my H22 at the end of the year as planned.

I'll try that out.
by the way is it safe for me to use the clay bar on my new(ish) paint? supposedly I shouldn't be waxing it for another month. so I've been wondering what else I shouldn't be using on it.

damn, another month?...hmm, im not sure if its safe to clay bar it now...my homie almost went a month without using the clay bar on his tarred-up front end...but since your paint job is new, its hard to say

yea, that's what they told me. guess I'll just have to try it out... I mean, I figure nothing bad could happen. hoepfully the front end of the car doesn't revert to primer
