Turbo a 1988 crx dx model
well seeing as the dx has just 2 injectors, i wouldnt boost it the way it is, do a mpfi conv and boost it as if it was a si motor but keep the boost down. you still wont be satisfied with it though.
turboing a dx is kinda gay....

look into motor swaps bud..it's cheaper and you'll get more realiable power. atleast start off with an Si motor...

a guy on homemadeturbo.com turbo'd a dpfi civic but he added 2 injectors right before the TB that came on during boost or somethin like that...I think he said it was about as fast as a 92-95Si HB or somethin weak like that, but I guess thats better than a DX anyday
I would rather swap a dohc zc into the dx rather than spend hours and hours customizing a turbo kit that is gonna yeild shitty results
for DX turbo!

not many people turbo the dual point, makes me wanna do it...</TD></TR></TABLE>
They don't do it for a reason.
I researched this awhile back and from what I remember you need the manifold, injectors, harness, throttle body, and ecu.

Converting is not hard at all. You just need to take your time and make sure that it is done right. It can cost anywhere from $50-200. Your going to need a MPFI manifold (complete) with injectors and an injector resistor as well as some pins for the ECU and an SI ECU. Your gonna need some wire as well as a male MPFI plug for the dizzy. Thats all I can think of right now.
