92-95 lip on an ef?

Would this bolt up? Also does anybody know where I can get a stock front bumper for an '89 hatchback? (ive tried all my local junkyards)

i would also like to know, im sure it doesn't "just bolt up" but im sure someone has fitted an eg lip on their ef, ive seen crazier done....if you did do it, what did u do to install it?
