Default Seat belts/4pt Harness Buzzer

Hey I took off my door panel today so that I could pull out the seat belt (dead weight) because I'm going with 4pt harnesses. Unfortunately, I found that there are electrical connections to the seat belt things. If I disconnect these permenantly will anything happen? ie-a buzzer, a warning light, etc.
any help greatly appreciated, thanks

I never reconnected mine when I took out the seat, and it doesnt do anything. You should be fine.

I unhooked the wire that ran to the buckle under the seat. Im not sure about the one in the door panel but I cannot see why one would set off the buzzer but not the other.

my idea, disconect, if you get a buzzer, short them together, but I think they are inline w/ the seatbelt one, so leaving them unhooked should be fine.

You have to keep the plastic caps with the electrical connectors in the door panel, take out the seat belts, but those plastic caps have to stay. I had to do this to stop the buzzing.
