I just would like to know besides the center cap, are there any differences between GT3's and GABs...my homie and i are gonna check some out from this guy selling some and we just wanna know what to look out for...I know that some rims have some stickers on the inner part of the wheel that say that they were made in Japan...any advise or even pics would help a lot...thanks..peace

 

on the real gabs , the only thing painted is the spokes , whatever color it may be . the GT3 have the whole rim painted , only thing polished is the lip . hope that helps

just look for a weld bead that runs along the inside of the wheel, since real GABS are two piece.

Because everyone on here has the brains to spend 1600 bucks for a set of wheels on their 3000 dollar high school daily driver where the wheels are probably going to get beat up, you sandy vagina. Take them for what they are, a nice looking wheel.

On the real GAB's:

The GAB wheels are a rare find. They are a 2 piece wheel, center cast spoke disc welded to a nicely spun aluminum rim making them fairly light for a cast wheel. Weighing in at only 15.04 pounds each for a 16" x 7" wheel.

 

On the back side of the wheel in between the lugs in the recesses you will see "Made in Japan" as well as the size, the diameter will be part of the casting and the width and offset will be engraved in a blank rectangles.
