Default WTF? Fuel + Spark = No Start

I've got a JDM 1st gen B16 sitting in my 89 Accord. I can't get the thing to start. I have a new ignitor in the distributor along with MSD 6A ignition, Blaster 2 coil, Accel spark plug wires, and NGK spark plugs. All brand new parts. I'm definitely getting fuel to the cylinder. When I pull a spark plug out, it smells like gas. I don't know what else to do about this thing. I tried push starting it and nothing happens. I need help really bad. This car is my daily driver.

EDIT - I also have no check engine light and the ECU is not throwing codes.

Did you just swap in the motor?
Or did you just install the ignition stuff?

Most likely would be a screw up on the ignition MSD stuff you installed.

Are you sure you have spark? Have you checked? If not take a screw driver and stick it in an ignition wire and hold the screw driver about a quater of an inch from the frame or a good ground and have someone turn the motor over and look for spark. The spark should jump from the screw driver to the ground. If theres spark then check compression.

Thats all I can think off.

Just swapped the motor and installed the MSD. The MSD has been checked at least 3 times and it all works. I pulled 3 out of the 4 spark plugs out and checked for spark on them. They all sparked. I was given cold compression numbers of 110 when I received my motor. The only thing I can think of is maybe a ground wire is missing somewhere or the current one I have is not working too well.

CHECK YOUR TIMING!!!!!!!!! From what I read you haven't done that.

Timing belt hasn't been taken off. I can't get the crank bolt out. I tried to get the distributor turned back to where it was when I got the engine but it looked really advanced so I turned it back to the middle.

You need four things for a engine to start: Fuel, timing (intake too), compression, and spark.

Move that distributor around boyyeeee. ESPECIALLY to the place it was when you got it. Its not gonna harm it. lol Atleast if it starts youll know your base ignition timing is wrong.

Got the plug wires on the correct places? both on the motor and on the dist. cap? better double check.....mine wouldnt start when I had 2 in wrong spots......

Does the engine even want to start? ya know what i mean

Do a compression check. I bet the place you got it from NEVER did one. Though they said they did.

If all else fails double check everything. grounds, plugs, everything. then consider taking off the valve cover and checking the timing marks on the cam gears in relation to the crank pulley timing mark.

Update

I got it to start last night. However, I had to use starting fluid to do it. It would start and then die. The only way it would stay running is by continuing to spray the fluid into the throttle body. It wasn't running right either, it was really rough. So I thought maybe my fuel injectors were clogged so I swapped them for known good injectors and it didn't solve the problem. I'm starting to think Place Racing screwed up my engine harness. Anybody have any other ideas?

EDIT - I also only have one ignitor wire plugged into the ECU. Could this be the problem? Place Racing told me it doesn't matter.
