Default head gasket

ok heres the deal, my LS/vtec to a crap a while ago and its at the shop getting rebuilt again. i've used stock honda head gasket before with the ctr pistons and according to omniman, the compression is in the ball park of 13:1(12.?:1 on c-speed)

now my question is, what is the thickness that i need to lower the compression by 1 point? i would like to have it run on 91 octane with out retarding it too much.

setup:

ls block w/ctr pistons
PnP b16 head
skunk2 cams/valvesprings/retainers/gears
itr IM/TB
el cheapo header 2 1/2" collector (looking into getting a header tech, sorry danny i cant afford the almight DTR OS1800)
chipped p28/vafc
B&M FPR/Guage
walbro 190lh fuel pump

and yes of course i searched. my buddy has a cometic HG on his gsr/turbo but he isnt sure which one he has that lower his compression by 1.

and yes, i thought of just getting pr3/p30 pistons but i dont want to spend more money... its starting to take a toll on me.

you would need a .043-.045 gasket, but omg this is the worst way to lower you compression. i would save up for some new pistons and sell the pistons you have now

well this is a bad way to lower compression but in the future if i want, i can simply put a stock HG on if i yearn for more compression.... thanks

The more head gasket you have, the more there is to blow
