need help tuning ls vtec turbo, anyone in or around philly area?

 

i used to live in telford/lansdale but my uncle owns Josephs towing in philly, but right behind him on the other side of the block is a bad *** shop, im sure they could help ya out. its on the other side of marshall and dauphin off of broad st.

i might, i live in florida now but you could 411 it and ask for josephs towing on marshall, ask for Lugo if hes there, tell him you need the number to the shop right behind them, literally on the other side of the wall lol.
