I would go Ebay.

 

do you want the whole carpet or floor mats? there are quite a few places that do custom carpeting.. can't remember any off the top of my head.

to my recollection, no.

try ebay if you want red carpet. or look in a superstreet and find an ad that sells custom carpets

Got my carpet there, its very nice carpet, you can get in any color.
