Have 1991 Accord with 127,000 on the clock. Just starting out, the speedo registers 0 and after a few hundred feet, the S light starts blinking. Then the engine light comes on. Sometimes, but not always the speedo will return to correct reading. But rarely. If the problem was the VSS on top of the tranny, why would the speedo work sometimes and sometimes not? Could it be a bad ground connection? Pulling a code gives me a 7 blinks on the dashboard. But 7 is about the throttle control. I'm lost here. Need help bad on this one.
