Default Help with stagnant lude

So i'm helping a friend out with her 95 lude vtec and here is the deal

The car has been sitting for about 2 years now....no precautions were taken to prepair the car for this

I've got a pretty good list of things i'm going to need and I wanted any additional help you guys have to offer

I'm going to change the oil of course do i need to pull the oil pan and clean it? I was going to change the oil again after 50 miles then again after another 50 miles

The Alternator and battery are toast (which is why it started sitting)

The gas tank is a concern that has been brought up i'm not sure how much gas is/was in it and i guess rust is a possibility so i"ll check the gas that comes out and go from there

I'm probally going to replace the belts but i'll check them first to see if it's necessary

going to flush the radiator

The tires are flat and have flatspots is it possible i don't need to replace them? or are they probally done? been flat for over a year

I was plannning on flushing the brake lines just to be on the safe side

No one seems to have an answer for power steering, clutch, and manual transmission fluids.....do i need to do anything with these or should they be ok?

I was going to put new spark plugs in are the fuel injectors ok?

Do i need to change the fuel/air filters?

umm also i was going to check the hoses/vacume lines for wear

Anything else you guys can give me would be awesome

I'm kinda concerned about rust in the cylenders which I guess is a posibility short of taking off the head is there a way i can check for this? If there is rust is there anything i can do to remove it? minimize damage to piston rings?

Thanks alot

see some shavings or deposits in it or unless the gasket is leaking

the injectors are probably ok
you might also change the pcv valve, dizzy cap, and rotor
