How can I put more HP on the wheels?
What do I need to add more horse power to the wheels, my car seems to bump till 2 shift and its loosing a lot of traction. What kind of suspensions? wheels? shocks? bushings?

hawk dude..give em a break...he is from puerto rico...how many languages do you speak huh..cause I am counting 2 from him...ok sure he isn't that good at english..but its not that bad.
X....you can start with the normal stuff..like Intake..header..exhaust. if you want more..you will have to make some choices if you want all motor or go forced induction..all motor you will bump up the compression..and other stuff....forced you will need to get a turbo or supercharger..or run a shot of nitrous. all up to you.
on suspension..my rule of thumb is..don't spend less than 500..and try not to spend more than 1000 for a daily driver non race car. on a race car..well the sky is the limit.
wheels and tires..umm thats up to you my man. but I can offer suggestions on size..and give you suggestions on what is good quality and so forth.

well if your starting out I would just go with Intake/header/exhaust for some hp gain
What you guys don't realize what he is saying is that when he says "bump till 2 shift" is that he has no traction in 1st and 2nd gear... , which leaves me to believe he has an h23 on stock tires
to answerer your question xavilude is a new set of tires that offer better traction, also the reason it does that is its the torque that is spinning your tires not the hp, increasing the ho will also increase the trq in some instances, like i said just get a new set of tires, and let up on flooring the pedal at the light.

That's rights man, thanks. I'll try to make better english, almenos que quieras que te empiece a hablar en español. I also would like to know how can I get more horse power to the wheels. Is there some type of combo ;suspensions, rims, wheels, shocks and bushings, relocating the battery to the trunk? I currently have a Progress suspension, kyb shocks, and I was ussing 17x7.5 rims (sold them). 4g lude.
are you experiencing wheel hop in first gear?
if so you probably need to work on your launch a little
try feathering the clutch aroung 4k rpms then mash
the gas when you get traction

Yeah the original question was he isn't getting traction...it's not about how to increase horsepower to his car
Anyways these things will improve your launch/traction
- Lowering Springs
- Aftermarket Shocks
- Energy Suspension Front Engine Mount Insert
- Energy Suspension Poly Radius Rod Bushings
- Wider Lightweight rims with wider tires for more contact patch

You might be giving too much gas on your launch. Try some H or V speed rated tires. Or lighter flywheel. 17inch rims. Mostly if you are maxing out the rev on your launch you won't grip until you shift. Try launching at around 3500 to 4000 rpm. That should be good.
