When i am driving in fourth and try to shift into fifth it seems to grind a little bit, whether i get the rpms higher, double clutch etc... it does it no matter how fast i'm going. Does anyone know what this problem is or what i need to replace????

ok thanks, now does n e one know a price range for new ones or any idea how to replace?? take the whole tranny off?...

Call HONDA for prices and the tranny does have to come off.
