What is the going rate for a 96spec ITR motor swap????? If this should be in classifieds, please feel free to move it... JUst wondering what everyone is paying for 96spec swaps these days...

 

Probably around 4500. Give or take 500 bucks. But of course Im going to put my .o2cents in.....Why pay that much when you can rebuild any honda motor to out preform the iTR? Ive always wondered that. With the hook ups on HT; You can get valve train and bottom end (valves, retainers, springs, rods, pistons, bearnings) for $1400shipped or cheaper!

 

then there is labor, machining, shot peening and cryo treating, balancing, port and polish, BOOM you at 6500.00... should have just bought an ITR swap and dealt with the advanced wear later....
