Default DCRH installed and now I have odd exhaust noises???

The header is pretty cool. I love the power difference, and I installed the ESMM first thing in the morning. (Friday morning) and drove the vehicle the whole day with just the inserts and yes it does vibrate the car a little more than I expected but now with the race header installed its almost gone. Pretty cool!

Anyway I would like to know if anybody knows the thickness of the tubing from the DCRH (ceramic) and the Comptech RH. I have the exhaust ticking noise from my header and its ok but might get anoying as time goes on. I had a little bot of it on my hatchback, but I wonder if you guys with the Comptch or Jackson headres have this noise. Also I may need to part with my Spoon N-1 muffler and get the T1R muffler. After the system is warmed up it has a slight air leaking kind of whistle coming from it.

Please let me know what kind of exhaust you are running with your race header set ups...Also I tried to install my Spoon silencer and mad it sounds like crap...Guess it stays in the tool box

Last thing: Would header wrap help this "ticking" noise?

I have the JRRH, and it makes the hissing noise (sounds like a leak) and it's normal... and yes it has to do with the thickness of the tubing they use for the header... don't worry

Damn that sucks, it makes great power, esp in vtec. I might throw the damn thing away. I like the way it used to sound. Nice and low and mean.
