i have a custom manifold made by a shop in san diego. i dont know the name of the shop, but this manifold is done nicely. it has a hole for an EGT and a flange for Turbonectic Deltagate external wastegate. this manifold is very light. here are the pix, judge for yourself

it might clear AC depending on what turbo setup you're going to use. i dont mean by light = danger, i mean light meaning lighter than other manifold. this manifold is very strong. i will get more pix for you asap. bump

is it schedule material? ie schedule 10 or 40? if so then I would say its pretty strong... looks to be schedule metal of some sort just by the looks of the bends. schedule mani's are worth the bling.

how can i find out what material is it?

schedule 10 or 40 is quite thick, the bends are usually always the same radius b/c of the wall thickness...being so difficult to bend. the schedule bends we have at the shop are minimum 1/8" thick wall. Plus I can see stamping on the manifold by one of the welds.... I've never seen stamping on regular mandrels... like 16+ga.
