Default idle problem

The whole week my idles been jumping ... down and up ... its wierd ... it seems like the motor is going to shut off ... and then it just goes back up to normal idle.
anyone know whats going on?

Also bleed your coolant ... that can help.

How is your Throttle body gasket? a poopy old gasket that is torn can also cause jumpy idle.

I'm thinking idle air control, or that valve that is on your throttle body(don't know what its called) located on the bottom. Water runs through it.
