Default HELP! TDC/ timing 96 lude Si 2.3 daily driver

I popped the DOHC belt on my 96 2.3L, have the haynes manual and can't figure out how to make sure I'm at TDC on the right stroke and not 180* out? Manual says to line up white stripe on flywheel with engine casing mark, found the white stripe on flywheel through lower access cover but where is the engine block mark to line it up with? The rest of the marks are easy to match (cams with each other, Crank has arrow and block tab straight up) but this one will tell me when I'm TDC on the right stroke. Quick replies appreciated, trying to be finished Sun. at latest to get to work Mon. I've got it torn down, awaiting TDC answer.. Thanks, Jon
