when installing and removing the nut on the main rod, what do you use to keep it from turning while you tighten/loosen the nut? tein instructions say make sure it doesnt move but dont use impact tools. i cant think of anything that wont scratch the rod.

 

i impacted them never had a problem, just don't get crazy, turn the psi down a little to be safe. used visegrips ontop of a t-shirt before too,
