UNTUNED LS/VTEC
my lsvtec is untuned and sine i have hugh *** cams with the stock 4k vtec x over the car off course feels like ****
it feels great until you hit vtec that the car just bogs and has no power
i know i have to get the car tuned and have vtec around 6k

Basic street tuning isnt that hard. Ignition timing and fuel pressure. Read spark plugs and butt dyno. Not the best but it can be done and will help out alot compared to just stock settings.
it gonna run like ****, just the way your car does. don't forget, you also have an ITR intake manifold, rsr header, cam gears, 4950rpm v tec x-over(Crower recommends(sp?) 6000 rpm activation for your cams), no fpr, 255lph fp, 240cc injectors and an uninstalled Hondata. don't expect good numbers and drivabilty with no tune. are you going to finally believe what i told you if somebody on here tells you the same thing? 255lph fuel pump
fpr set at 50psi
cam gears at zero
Timing ?
stock cams
stock head
stock maninold in&out
Itr pistons........
Motor makes power runs alright. bogs a little. I am told by redzone that tuning it will bring it to life.

A good friend of mine has a pretty mild, nice setup. Hes running about the same compression as you . The oly difference is hes running some Skunk 2 stage 2's. The motor just pulls it went 8.3 in the 1/8 on slicks and this was untuned. You should be pretty happy with it.
