Default Usdm Gsr head on B16a

My buddy has a gsr head with a skunk 2 manifold, for cheap 450 cdn, im just wondering if i can bolt that up to my b16a 91 civic, without any problems> and would it be worth it.?

450 cdn = 323.97 usd.
although that sounds like a great deal to me, its too much for a just slight amount of higher compression, imo. might as well just get some pistons.

not enough to make any noticable difference.
