Default Couldnt find on search. 93 Integra Fuel problems

Intermittently my vehicle dies. I verified that it is a fuel issue.

What I cant figure out is if it is a ecu problem (no check lights come on ) or if it is a fuel pump ( goes off but comes back on. )

anyone had this problem
