Default Apexi N1 Coilovers for my Type R

I just bought a set of Apexi N1 Coilovers off a guy who had them on his Type R for a couple of months. The set looks good, no defects that i can tell, and the guy is a friend of a friend with over $90k in his R. From what he told me, Apexi has stopped sellin the N1 coilovers. I got the set for $1000 and was just wondering if u guys thought i got a good deal or whether i got ripped off.

O and i also got his Ground Control adjustable sway bar for $100 just cuz i had the extra money with me. Was that a good deal?

i say you got a good deal. i bought mine for $1800 back in '98. I'm assuming the person that sold it to you bought those new and only had them for a couple of months. If that's not the case, then maybe you did get ripped off.

.....many of us here have those coilovers.

Which ones do you have? 98 spec? 00 spec? spec V?

You can do a search in the archives for more info on the n1 coilovers - I have had several threads on them.....
