Default running rich after swap

just finished my ls swap in a 95 civic ........using a stock pr4 ecu i do have an o2 sensor but i know its bad the car is running really shitty in the bottom end ..........from idle (5-600) to about 2500 the car is very sluggish and if i give any less than half throttle starting off the car stalls out i have the timing at full advance at the distributor

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

could be any number of things.
First replace the O2 sensor
then check for vacuum leaks.

so the O2 isn't hooked up then or you know that it's bad and that's what your using for the right now?

Set your Timing back to 16 degreess BTDC. Check CAM timing too just to make sure your not off a tooth.

How are the spark plugs that your using?

the plugs were new but i think that with the car running so rich they are already going bad...........as for the cam timing its ok and was gonna put the dizzy back to tdc and see if that helps at all

i ran the codes yesterday
-o2 sensor
-map sensor
-vehicle speed sensor
-water temp sensor.......this one brings up another question i have, there are two extra plugs and neither of which plug into the sensor on the head

i was told that i might have an automatic wiring harness and that would explain the extra plugs i have by the vehicle speed sensor
