Default Good advice to upgrade 98 accord cylinder

I have 1998 accord 4cyl and I want to hear from the experts about increasing the hp torque and just any possible upgrades that I can do to my car.
PLEASE give me an advice to upgrade my car. Any upgrades you can name for the accord.

usually the stuff that gets u more hp have worse consequences if u do them wrong

like if u turbo the f23 (your engine) u have to get it tuned and stuff and know how to work fuel management

swapping to an h22 prelude engine can get u like 200-220 hp (h22 stock hp) instead of 150hp (f23 stock hp) but u cant find a brand new prelude engine

i have no idea how nitrous works but im thinking it can be bad for ur car if u do it wrong

a catback exhaust can be a good mod for people who just start modding but it only gets u like 5-10 hp or so, but if u plan to turbo, make sure u research how turbos and exhuasts work before u buy a catback exhaust system because some brand name exhausts may not be good together with turbo (thats why some poeple go custom)

best bang for the buck is the turbo, and that'll yeild you the most power, but it'll cost you. yeah u can also turbo a H22 engine too, but by then u could have already built your F23 engine and still wax a turbo lude.

OR, you can go the NA route, but dont expect to get any where fast. bolt on aren't that bad tho. depending on what u wanna do, it can cost you too. to effectively increase torque and HP, nothing can replace displacement, and that would mean to bore out from a 2.3 liter to something bigger, duno how big we can go, but maybe a 2.6 if not bigger, bigger is almost always better. with that being done, straight off of idle u'll have instant power added. then u can also bump up compression and do head work, and that combonation would be sweet.
duno anyone that has had the ***** to do this with the F series engine.

soo to recap.....u've got bolt on's, u got turbo kits, engine work(port&polish head&intake manifold), bore and stroke, bump up compression. too much to list. a search will definitely help. NOT TO MENTION----shop around! if going bolt on's, ebay has some stuff at a very good price.
