Default ecu tuning

other than fuel and ignition tuning..lets say you have a cooling system that runs cooler than stock and since it takes a certain temp for vtec to engage, could someone like hondata change the ecu to see a lower temp as normal? and could other things like that be changed or optimized for your setup?...sorry if its noob questions

Well if the coolant temp is lower then the ecu automatically adjusts for that.. I also does the same for intake air temp and many many other sensors.. When you adjusting the base fuel and ignition maps the computer will adjust for other variables..

one thing you may want to relaize is a internal combustion engine eneds a certain amount of heat to run properly. I don't think anyone amkes a cooling system that cools a car low enough below the VTEC engagment point either
