it would be easier if you took the whole EJ20 and put it in a tube-chassis Civic... then it might fit, but there is no way you'll ever mate a B16A to a WRX tranny. Plus the power curve would be useless for an AWD car. Think before you post.

i remeber seeing some sites where they made an all wheel drive b20 in a crx. don't know how well it worked out for the guy. but i don't see why you couldn't use a b16 instead of a b20. so to answer your question yes, you can do it, but i deffinently don't think it would be worth it.
