obd1 head obd2 motor

Can anyone tell me if can use a obd1 head on my obd2 motor? If so, can i just put it on and be fine? Or is there re-wiring, give me some info.

The head does not know if it's OBD1 or OBD2. It will all be plug and play. In other words, they are interchangeable.
