Default JDM type r P73 ecu

this ecu is a 96-98. I was wondering if it would be worth my time installing this ECU into my B16 with ITR valvetrain, CTR cams w/gears, and a V-AFC. Would my V-AFC be able to compensate for the fuel adjustments needed, and is this an OBD1 ecu (requiring me to get a conversion harness)?

I have an 00 Si so its a B16A2. The reason im asking if the JDM P73 would be beneficial is due to it being designed for a 1.8 and not a 1.6
