Default H22 in integra downfalls?

Friend of mine is planning on putting a h22 in his integra. I've done some searching but i couldn't find any answers for integra only civics.
He wants to know if it will fit with A/C and power steering.
Is there any downfall to doing this? How much trouble would it be compare to a b-series motor?

Any replies would appreciated Links will b helpful

Thx

Why would you need A/C and power steering?
