I just got this car about a week ago and im starting the task of cleaning up the engine bay. But anyways can anybody tell me what these two hoses go to (both come out of the throttle body)

 

the red one is a evap canister hose, the other on (the one on the back of the manifold) goes to the evap purge solenoid on top of the manifold, then goes to the evap canister.
looks like your purge valve is broken from the pics.
