Hello all...

I have a magnaflow stainless catback system installed onto my 94 LS... unfortunately, the canister and tip was damaged when I put the car in a ditch about a month and a half ago. Even though it is still usable, since the damage is cosmetic, I don't really like how the canister looks anyway.

I was wondering if I could purchase a Comptech axleback system and just bolt it up to the Magnaflow catback where it connects just in front of the axle.

If the magnaflow system won't work, is there some other alternative that I have to fixing this problem?. All help appreciated, thanks in advance.

 

it's hard to say but the comptech axle-back will probably bolt-on. you probably need to get a reference to double-check. still have the oem piece?

 

unfortunately, I dont have the stock part anymore... I'm trying to keep away from replacing the WHOLE catback system, since the magnaflow is a nice setup, and I love the sound of it...

 

im sure it will fit, but if it doesnt, you can always take it to a muffler shop and have them do it for 20 bucks.
