for those of you with h&r race's, do you guys rub?

right now ive got 15x7's with 215/45's and i rub when i turn the wheel to lock..but im gonna try and go back to 205's cause they didnt rub. anyway, i was just wondering if anyone has problems with rubbing?

also, my steering wheel has about 1-2inches of play on each side before the car moves. how much and where could i get a steering rack from online? any vendors on this board?

i have h&r race and 205/45/16. i always rub on every little turn. it sucks and im prolly going to put my ground controls back on.
