Default Mugen catback exhaust

Does the JDM version, direct from Mugen, have any differences from King Motorsport's version of the exhaust. Is it longer, bigger diameter etc????

Thanks

So I should get the one from King, right? Another question, why would the header be 2.5" and then you would bottle neck it to 2.25" at the cat. I don't see how opening it up from the block to the cat increases performance if you end up closing it back down to 2.25". Can someone explain?
