how do you mount a rear lip besides using the 2 screws on each end? mine came with long bolts and nuts. where would these go? i heard of people using bolts to hold on the center of the lip instead of using tape. any advice? pics?

 

hmm, i tried holding it up to the rear bumper and guess what now, it doesnt fit. it fit before i painted it and now its way too short.

 

drill holes in the bottom of the lip, make sure tey match the holes on the bumper.'
then use the screws to attach the lip. shuldnt be hard

 

could it be that plastic shrinks? or my bumper warped?

itsnotgonna shrink unless your rearlip is cotton or something.

bend it out, that would be yuor best bet. if yer worried bout thebolt bringing the lip up higher to the bumper, then stick hard styrofome in between.

well, what i did is... i tossed the kit... cuz i had no idea what went where.
I installed the screws on the sides of the bumper

then it'll kind of sag right?

so i tightened it up by screwing 2 inch screws? I forget, but i secured them by holding it up like that.

looks nice in my opinion, holds up well.

i'd put up pictures, but i don't know how.
