wow..i cars looked great..nice to see thanh participate in a socal itr meet..hope he comes this weekend....maybe we can take some group shots in the daylight for once..hehehe

i asked if he was down to go this weekend, but he said to call him up and remind him.. so hopefully yoshi will get in touch with him or i'll call him as well.. his car looks damn nice in person... i always got to see it at the shows/magazines but never really checked it out in person. Its really well done and has a unique look to it.. i actually got a spin in and the car pulls real nice even though some sensors had gone bad and the car wasnt running that well according to the owner. My favorite part of the meet was the HID comparison.. i really need to get myself some 98 spec OEM HID's... EP if you dont mind i'd like to check yours out this sunday if thats coo with you..

I compared them to my housing which is not meant for HID, but i isntalled a set anyways.. now they are really nice and white when you are close up close and blueish from far away... they have a nice cutout upclose but dont shoot very far.
When you compare them to OEM HIDs mine seem to be more clear somehow, a sharper image displayed on the projector itself but not on the ground where it should be. I'd like to see the a car with OEM HID's moving in a distance too see how those lights look from a distance, and yoshi if you dont mind i'd appreciate if you do the same with mine so i can see the difference between the two. Since OEM lights are *bank* i really want to make sure i like them before i get them cause if i'm not happy it will be another 1K down the drain that i dont have lol!

 

i dont have hids on my car..i wish i did..looks awesome...after seeing it on your cars..i am definately thinkin about it...

 

Ismar, if you want to compare HIDs shouldn't you be looking towards your car instead of dancing in front of it? juju - j/k

I'll be sure to give Thanh a reminder on friday or saturday when I go retrieve my car out of the corner3 garage.

I love that F!@king color on the 'bronze' R. ... Anyone know the actual paint code or name?

 

the bronze is getting a new kit i think.. gas cap always goes when you get something repainted so they can match the paint to a part of the car of course.. anyhow as for the HID's i was trying to show the pattern they cover lol! as if you guys were blind and couldnt see it! ahahahhaahha

hmm.. i really want OEM HID's now.. i still like mine for the sharper image when looking directly at the projector but they need to brighter on the damn pavment cause thats what the car drives on. hahahaah.. KOY mang! where you at.. we gotta meet up.. please disregard what i said before, i wanna compare yours and mine upclose.. also while the car is rolling if you dont mind. Call me up... i'm usually free after 8pm or so.. or you can always find me at my 2nd home "joes house of lagggggg" hahahahahaahah
