Are they universal between obd-1 gsr and obd-2 gsr? Or different applications?

Why do you say that? EVERY good race car I have seen in SCCA, IMSA, NASCAR or NHRA use Magnecor. If you are looking for the best get Magnecor. If you just want a simple replacement and don't care, get OEM. Don't waste money on Nology, NGK, Neuspeed or any other aftermarket wire. You get what you pay for.

If you'd like to learn something go to magnecor's website.

I didn't bother to look on that site. Not very many people on this message board care about a lot of stuff. Resistence is no exception. There are a few opinions on many matters that a couple people are passionate about and spread thier opinon like it is the gospel. My opinion, not that anyone cares. NGK wires suck, thier spark plugs are cool though. But don't think that 10mm wires will out perform 8mm wires(I'm not implying anyone said that). Now thats just silly.

For one thing, those wires are on cars that are highly modified. But for most H-T users OEM or NGK are all they will ever need. Also, I woulnd't put NGK wires in the same class as Nology or Neuspeed . Instead, I'd put them in the same class as OEM wires. Lastly, I would expect Magnacor's website to be biased towards their wires, so there's not much to learn there.

Point taken. I was just trying to clarify. In that case NGK or OEM would suffice for his needs.

Actually i have tried 4 diffrent types of plug wires and believe it or not the APC 9.3 mm wires work the best for my setup the wires run about 70bucks but imo they are well worth it.... I know apc may generally be thought of as **** but they may have struck gold with the plug wires...

ha ha, right.....

if anyone wants a set of grey NOLOGY's, i'll sell em so i can get some NGK blues

NGK has extremely high quality stuff, including their wires. and, BTW, most honda race cars i see (as in 95%) have either stock wires or NGK. i've actually never seen APC wires on a race car, believe it or not. the APC car sure as hell doesn't have em

Those pro cars that run magnecor wires are most likely sponsored by them and get truckloads of them for free. I keep reading about and seeing people go out and get plug wires like they are some kind of bolt on mod. Plug wires won't do anything for you. Maybe if you were running over 600 hp or something they might be of some value with an aftermarket ignition system. If you need new wires do like everyone else said and go with oem or NGK. **** you can even get Bosch wires at Autozone for less than 40 bucks and they have a lifetime warranty.

I had some lifetime wires from napa cost me 50 bucks and after some hard driving i noticed that i was missing up top well i poped my hood while my car was idleing and touched the boots on the dizzy to make sure they were on tight and the damn thing gave me an AFRO.... So i went and and bought some magnacore 7mm radio suppression wires to replace the napa ones and when i pulled off the napa ones from the spark plug all 4 of the ******* separated from the shafts i assumed because the plugs were hot @ the time..... well the magnacore wires were all good for about two weeks till my car started bogging real bad.... i tried replacing plugs and everything else i even upgraded my alternator and battery...well i just happened to like the color of the apc wires one day when i was in pep boys so i figured if they are **** i'll just take them back....well low and behold my bogging stopped and my throttle response was way better...i have even pulled them off of the plugs after hard driving to see if they would seperate...they held up great...im going to install my ignition system this weekend and i'll keep you guys posted on how the wires hold up....
