Default camber kit needed?

i just ordered kyb agx's and h&r race springs. right now ive got 15x7's with 215/40's and i was wondering if i needed a camber kit too?

anyone with experience with this setup would also be helpful too. ive spent like a month researching this setup and it seems to be one of the best for the price. total i payed $450 shipped for everything. thanks!

just get your toe adjusted to factory specs. do the washer trick to the rears. camber kit isn't necessary if drop is no more than two inches. bye.

will the race springs wear out agx's fast? i called tirerack and the guy said he'd go with koni's cause the agx's will wear out.

can anyone with that setup pitch in their .02?

I would say more like 1.5 inches or more.

i got a camber kit. works wonders. but make sure you tighten the alen bolts or your car will raise or squat down when you move x.X youll prolly need to get it alligned anyways after, but this lets you procrastinate

i just got the h&r race's. so like a 2.5fr and 2.25r i think...

im planning on getting the omni front and rear camber kit, but will the rear camber kit work with SRR LCA's, or megan racing ones?

and does the SPC camber kit come with LCA's?

My whole setup is SPC. I bought mine all separately. If you want rear fender clearance with less or no camber wear in the rear your going to need shorter LCAs and SPC is the only one I know that makes shorter one. I got front and rear camber kits, rear toe adjusters and rear LCAs. I wish I had gotten the SPC front camber kit with caster and toe adjuster as well but right now I have no camber wear on my car so I won't be replacing mine.

camber kits really only dictate how ur tires are lined up ... if u lower ur car 1.5" id say check the camber .... negative camber is no good ... negative camber = tires are like / \ ... positive camber ( \ / ) can be good but too much also can be bad .. i read a post earlier today on camber ... if i find it ill link it to here ... so according to my understanding of camber it WOULD NOT affect rubbing ... if i'm wrong someone please correct me ... i am overly humble being that I'm a car noob just tryin to learn as much as possible

it may affect rubbing... i had 17s with an even 2in drop on my civic with new kyb shocks... installed an egalls front camber kit and had it aligned and and set 0 camber... now i rub on the passenger front wheel with a heavy *** person riding shotgun... don't know but my camber kit made my wheels rub the fenders... it lowered only that side a 1/4 inch for some reason... the kit even makes my car squeek on slow turns and stops... someone said it was common...

i got the shocks off ebay for 300 and the springs from a friend at tire rack for like 157. his names jim. heres the number 888-541-1777 ext. 364

i called A LOT of places, and either they had no race springs in stock and had to wait anywhere from a week to a month, or they were wayyy more expensive like $180-$240
