Well, after worrying about the color not matching I must say they did a great job
matching the paint. It looks real good...the pics dont do it justice.

As for the black front lip. I decided on doing this because my stock PY lip was so tore up from track events, debris, and highway driving that it was almost black anyways...it had numerous scratches on it and looked horrible. So I decided to go
with a black one to hide all that. I STILL have the PY one incase I want to change it back. I'll probably get some black Rota slipsteams to finish off the look.

 

Now you just need a cf hood and some spoons! lol

I've seen many Bad PY paint matches and was always sceptical of PY matching.

Ahh yes, I remember that one,

Sorry I didn't put 2+2 together.

Still looks nice especially with those dents and creases.

I've killed 4 deer in my life, All with cars. the last one was with my PYR, At least I think I killed it. the Trooper coulden't see where it went but there was lots of blood and a trail.

I too have been thinking about the black lip...i'm in the market already for a CF hood and already have spoon wheels...

I think it will make the look complete on a CW R....

hell, it's cheaper than a JDM front end and looks cool...I already talked myself out of the JDM front end...too much damn money

its the factory FBP 2000 Type R lip.

dizzam u hit a deer? At least your ok. I saw you monday heading back to work i assume. Where is the body shop you took your car to? my 98cw needs help with all the dings in it. Did they get the paint from the dealer or what? I have the R with the japanese graphics on the sides. When you see rob ask him whats up with the bumper pieces.

 

I have the ITR bra...but its just a hassel to put it on and off everytime it rains
or I wash the car...which is often. Plus when I drive at night here I hit so many bugs and the bra gets covered in them...so then I have to clean the bra before I store it somewhere....just not worth the hassel unless Im at a track event or taking a long trip somewhere.

I didnt even think about it till now but who ever posted a while back wanting to see
how much the Mugen lowdowns lowered the ITR...look at my very first pic posted..
it shows the wheel gap (or lack there of) pretty well.

time to quiet her down a bit...that TL-S got me used to luxury and nice stereos!
My R is just blistering loud...time for a resonator and free flow cat i think.
