MY GOAL. 200WHP with JDM B18CR
<FONT COLOR="red"> get a SMS header, FPR, JUN valvetrain, and JUN 3's, and Tuning
im just telling you what my homie did he made 200+ with that

you car stock makes about 170whp so to get 200whp
i would get some sunk2 stage 2 cams and there valve train
aems im and a 65mm tb.
some p30 pistons or forged pistons to get around 11.5cr

Get a good header (sms, hytech, dtr, header tech, toda etc..) maybe do a 2 layer headgasket or mill the the head slightly to bump compression up in the mid 11 range and then some cams and cam gears jun 3's would prob be my personal cam of choice and then get some engine management hondata is cheap and very effective. That should put you at the 200 whp mark.
A set of pullies are good for 3-5hp at the wheels too. Also check out turbo magazine's b18c build up. THey doing a all motor 200whp C.A.R.B. legal build up. http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0310tur_integra/
I have the same goal as you with my b18c6 swap (european version itr).
so could someone where would this setup get me? and please if you have better suggestion for parts plese do suggest them to me!

skunk 2 stage 2 - How are the quality of these cams? I rather just spend the money on some toda b's if the quality of the skunks lag.
Skunk 2 state 2 - Toda b - jun lll's - Thats my choice i am working with my daily all motor build.

GOOD LUCK AGAIN!!!

you want 200whp with an ITR engine? get bolt ons( good header is essential ) and a little headwork. larger injectors and tuning. thats it. no need for jun3, skunk2 stage 2, etc..
I've been in the process of completing my 96 spec B18CR build. Here's what i've done. (I dyno'd at 181whp before these mods)
Toda valve springs and retainers
Toda cam gears
Spoon 2 layer head gasket
Jun 3 camshafts
Hondata S200
T1R header (for sale) till my DTR is ordered
But like most people say...it's about tuning

yup. its all about tuning and what you have to tune.

Just a few examples of very simple N/A ITR set ups, tuned by HT user "@ries" on the Dynamic and AEBS dyno's. None of the owners touched the bottom end at all, only one had minor headwork.
- 96 Jspec ITR motor, Toda B's/cam gears, Crower spring/retain, B&M regulator, "Moogen" P28, VAFC, DC 4-1 2.5in header, 2.5 exhaust, 2 hours of dyno time, 206hp/135tq
- 96 Jspec ITR motor, Crower 402's/springs/retain (yeah Crower! I was nervous for him
), ITR header port matched to a slightly ported head, Mugen headgasket, "Moogen" P28, Vortech regulator, VAFC, 2.5 hours dyno time, 205hp/130tq
- 01 Jspec ITR motor, Skunk stage 2's/springs/retain, ITR header to a 2.25inch RSR catback, B&M regulator, VAFC, "Moogen" p28, VAFC, about 3hours dyno time 203hp/132tq.
I drove all three, and for me, the funnest set up was the Toda B version. The midrange pull, along with a 4:78 final drive made for an awesome ride. The Skunk2 set up pulled pretty well, decent midrange, but not as much fun. The Crower set up was all top end, not a whole lot of midrange at all, but around 7500, the car ripped like no other. My least favorite, but still a nice set up, although Crower's make me a little nervous, it's held up for almost 2 years, still running strong.

i made 190 whp on my '00 JDM ITR with skunk2 stage 1 cams and bolt ons with tuning.

Do you think that 200 whp is possible on my setup without changing the cams?

it has to be, crank Hp can't be measured.

to get 200 with those cams...you'd first need to raise your compression

yes but they can calculate the crank from the whp readings!
if it cant be measured why can people tell their crank Hp?

Yes, horsepower and torque as measured at the wheels. The first 2 were dyno'd at Dynamic Autosport, when he was still working there, and the 3rd is from the AEBS dyno.

i meant to say that the dyno only measures whp.
