Default d16y8 vs. d16z6

Ok here is what happend.

I blew my motor. I needed a motor preety bad and no money to get a b series. i have a 95 ex with a z6 motor. I ordered a y8 with 20k on it. is this a good option? should i have gone back with the z6 setup? or is y8 a better choice?

Also will my header and my intake transfere over?

i think it is a good choice, less miles and a better tranny. more or less the same engine and yes your i/h should transfer over. good luck

It's not the same motor, but it will bolt right up.

Hey, do you know if a B16 exhaust manifold will fit on a single cam. D15b or z6?

they are the same god damn thing jesus why do people analyze EVERYTHING. the only difference is gearing in the tranny and in the motor it's the IM, combustion chamber shape, and head gasket.
