What are you saying?

Upgrading the ECU i.e. hondata & AEM EMS will give your engine a "better outcome"

Top speed is related to the gears in you transmission.

it's not about top speed, it's about how fast you can get there.

Don't take your car up to speeds it wasn't meant for. Read: Stay below 90 at all times. You drive an Accord; there's no reason for you to try and even reach your top speed. Exercise in futility if you ask me.

dont worry about your top speed, since youll never, or you shouldnt, drive that fast anyway even if youre doing a 1/4 mile at a track

In my accord manual is says top speed for 4th gear in an lx is 121mph, so I'm guessing top speed in 5th would be around 145-150.

I would tell you to get nitrous, but then I don't want to be responsible for your and by-standers death.

I bet you never thought twice about safety i.e. upgrading the brakes, better tires and suspension work. With that mentallity, you will get yourself and others killed.

Please be responsible.

I've had my 95 Accord LX hit the governor a couple of times. Mine shut off at 115 mph. I kept it to the floor, and it would drop on the RPM and I couldn't go faster than 115. I did however pass the Sunfire GT that shuts off around 105.
