HKS A/F ratio controller

HKS A/F ratio controller
the previous owner of my car had this in there. it's still there.. but it's vague in the controls and i have no documentation on it. It says +/- on the dial but what does + mean? richer ?

+ would be adding to the stock af for that rpm like +1%, minus would be lowering from the stock level..........call HKS and have em send you the instruction manual for further detail
