Got an 954 CBR RR broke it down to 2 mufflers ( slip ons) an D&D or 2 brothers

D&D is way loud.

 

the d&d is cheaper and loud the 2 brother is little mo dollar anc better

 

I am happy with my two bros. on my cbr 600...My boy has a d&d on his ninja, and its a little too loud for my taste, but still sounds good none the less.....Just figure out if u want a deep quiet sound, or a high pitched louder one....

 

i love my d&d on my 93 cbr. i dont think its to loud really.. looks pretty good and sounds great too me. and most of my friends like it.

 

I got D & D on my 96 F3 and I love the way it sounds. Some peeps say its too loud but I love it

 

i voted 2 bros cause i've always heard how ridiculously loud the d&d was...looks like crap too.

I voted for the D & D because that is what I have on my bike. I like the sound of both exhausts. The both have a completly differnt sound. THe D&D is loud and annoying while the 2 brothers is more deep and mellow!!!!

 

If you get the D&D, u won't be able to talk on the cell phone while ur riding anymore... my friend from the shore has it on its r6 and it sounds obnoxious from several blocks away. I have a 3day crash course for CFA this weekend, but let me know if you're goin riding the weekend of the 22nd.

Also, I talked to someone about full systems vs slipons on the literbikes... stick to slip on, you may lose some midrange if you go full system.

 

Yeh I voted 2 bros cause D&D sounds like cheap **** if you ask me. Annoying as hell on the highways!!

 

the f2 im getting has a 2 bro full on it. sounds good. deep, mellow, loud but not too loud.

 

my friend jus gotta c/f D&D on his cbr and it sounds great

Damn, didnt know a matching exhaust(slipon)made that much of a difference...

I have a yoshi on my gsxr, Its cool, but Im thinking of getting a D&D just for when I know IM going to be rolling on the highway or in alot of traffic.. Just give that little extra advantage of being heard.. Or maybe just cutting a few inches off my yoshi to get it a little louder...

****, harleys can have mega loud exhaust, why shouldnt sportbikes..

 

well it depends on the person i guess, wearing ear plugs under your helmet is hella annoying, I couldn't ride with a D&D pipe for more than 30 mins without it literally getting annoying, harley guys are differnt, its a differnt kind of loud....

thats just the most common setups i guess....it doesn't really make a differncfe though its just prefernce in asthetics and sound.

 

Loud saves lives....I have the MIG high mount on my R1...I've been told it sounds like a indy car when I gun it I love the way D&D sounds

 

i think my micron sounds perfect, not too loud and has that deep sound down low.

i seriosuly dont see how everyone says the D&D is so loud...esp to the point where ear plugs are needed.

i mean it is loud and pretty high tone...but its not intollerable..i like it personally on my F2... i guess everyones tastes are different. i like the higher pitched sound on bikes and the low growl in cars
